Van And TTC Bus Collide At Birchmount And Sheppard

A mini-van and a TTC bus collided in the middle of a busy intersection at the height of rush hour on Monday.

It happened just before 8am at Birchmount Road and Sheppard Avenue.

Three people were taken to hospital following the crash.

Several lanes were shut down as emergency crews rushed to scene but the intersection was open.
