Police Searching For Missing Man

Toronto Police are searching for a man who has been missing for over two weeks.

Skanda Mavaratnam, 40, was last seen on September 5, near Church and Carlton streets around 12:30am.

Mavaratnam (pictured) is described as:

brown
5’8″
thin
black hair
brown eyes
black goatee
