Ford May Keep Coaching High School Football

Rob Ford may keep coaching high school football, even after he takes office.

The mayor-elect said he hasn’t decided whether he will continue to lead the Don Bosco Catholic Secondary School Eagles.

“I’m not going to let these kids down, I’ll tell you that,” Ford said on Wednesday.

“Look at the kids. They’re phenomenal. I’m not going to let the program fall apart. If we can’t find a coach to carry the load then I’m going to have to come back, because I’m not going to let 80 kids down,” he added.

Ford will be sworn into office December 1.
