Executives face increasing demands in workforce

Being a boss is not as easy as it used to be.
A survey by Robert Half Management found executives face greater job demands than they did five years ago.
About 50 per cent of chief financial officers interviewed feel it’s significantly tougher today than it was in 2005.
The new challenges include watching expenses, growing the business, and keeping motivation and productivity high despite an uncertain economic environment.
