DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Novak Djokovic beat Roger Federer for the second time in a month to win his third consecutive Dubai Championships title Saturday.

The No. 3-ranked Serb won 6-3, 6-3 to extend his unbeaten record in 2011 to 12 matches. He beat Federer in the semifinals on his way to winning the Australian Open last month.

Federer was a break up in the second set but his form fell away and Djokovic reeled off the last four games to claim victory.

The win gives the 23-year-old Djokovic his 20th career title.
