One found guilty in Glen Davis murder, mistrial declared for second accused

TORONTO, Ont. – The judge in the Glen Davis murder trial has declared a mistrial due to a hung jury in the case of Dmitri Kossyrine.

Evgeni Vorobiov has been found guilty of first-degree murder.

The two 33-year-old men from Richmond Hill were charged in 2007 death of Toronto multi-millionaire Glen Davis.

Davis’ godson Marshall Ross is serving a life sentence after pleading guilty to first degree murder, admitting in October – he planned the killing by hiring the two men.

Davis was shot in May of 2007 in an underground parking garage near Mount Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue East.
