Three men charged with attempted kidnapping after driver reports shots fired at his car

Halton Regional Police have laid charges against three men after reports of shots fired in the Lakeshore Road and Burloak Drive area.

On Friday, police were investigating after a driver claimed that someone fired a shot through his car window.

“Members of our police service were called to the area of Burloak Drive and Lakeshore Road, in Oakville-Burlington, that’s right on the border,” said Sgt. The other vehicle involved was subsequently stopped on the westbound Queen Elizabeth Way near Walkers Line and the occupants were interviewed by police regarding their involvement.
