Quebec filmaker Phillipe Falardeau has a permanent smile on his face! His film “Monsieur Lazhar” has been nominated for best foreign language film at the Oscars. It follows the life of an immigrant teacher who helps his students through an emotional crisis. Gloria Martin talked to Falardeau shortly after the nominations.
