Park and rec employees taking pay cuts, report says

Some part time parks and recreation workers are being forced to take sizeable pay cuts, according to a report.
The CBC has said an arbitrator made the ruling in an effort to harmonize wages across the city and it covers more than 6,000 part-timers.
Some workers have been told their pay will be slashed by $9 or $10 dollars an hour.
