Police release video of Anthony Spencer incident

Police have released another security video concerning the slaying of rap artist Anthony Spencer last month.

The video shows spencer being carried out following the shooting, by his friends, to a car. He was driven to Scarborough General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police are asking for those shown in the video to come forward.
