407 ETR workers ratify collective agreement

TORONTO, Ont. – Things will be back to normal, Tuesday, at the 407 ETR after  workers at the call centre ratified a three-year collective agreement, ending a nine-day strike.

The contract offers wage increases and improved benefits.

The 130 workers handle customer inquiries, billing, registration and other duties for the express toll highway that runs from Pickering to Burlington.
