2 hurt in Hwy. 401 crash

Two people were taken to hospital after a two-car crash on Highway 401 in Toronto.

It happened around 7 a.m. Saturday at Renforth Drive near Pearson airport.

Emergency crews rescued one of the drivers, whose vehicle had flipped on its roof.

Paramedics said the injuries were minor.

About a half-hour before, a tractor-trailer carrying liquid nitrogen rolled over on the eastbound 401 off-ramp to the southbound 427.

Crews shut down both highways to clean up leaked fuel.
