Police request public’s assistance after ATM stolen from pub

Police are requesting the public’s assistance with a break and enter, and theft of ATM investigation that occurred at The Goose and Firkin near Leslie St. and York Mills Road.

It is reported that on Jan. 26 at approximately 5 a.m, a white commercial van drove through the front lobby windows of the restaurant at 1875 Leslie Street.

Unidentified person(s) entered the lobby and removed the ATM bank machine and loaded it into the van.

Police located the van in York region.

The suspect vehicle is desribed as a white commercial van with damage to the rear bumper and body.
