Man shot near Keele and Bloor

TORONTO, Ont. – A 35-year-old man is in serious condition after he was shot at an apartment building in the city’s west-end Tuesday night.

Police were called to a high rise building in the Keele Street and Bloor Street West area around 10:30 p.m.

The man was shot in the back, according to a CityNews report.

Police said a male suspect was arrested at the scene shortly after.

Police would not confirm if the suspect and victim knew each other or whether other suspects are being sought.

There has been no word on charges.
