2 arrested in shoplifting investigation

Toronto police have arrested two people and are searching for a third in a major shoplifting investigation. Police allege the accused stole clothes, cosmetic products and perfume from different malls throughout the GTA and then resold them from their Toronto home. Supt. Frank Bergen released the names of the accused.
