The Don Valley Parkway has reopened in both directions following a truck rollover.
Emergency crews were called to the scene just before 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Paramedics say the driver had to be extracted from the vehicle. He was then rushed to a local trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
His injuries were later determined to be less serious than originally thought.
The DVP was closed in both directions between Eglinton Avenue and Don Mills Road for several hours while crews investigated and the cleanup began.
Police say the vehicle was carrying dry concrete mix.
All northbound lanes reopened just before 6:15 p.m. Southbound lanes reopened shortly before 7 p.m.
There has been no word on what caused the crash.
Toronto police charged several drivers who slowed to take cell phone pictures of the overturned truck.
