Toronto police launch gridlock-reduction campaign

The Toronto Police Service kicked off a gridlock-reduction campaign called ‘You know you shouldn’t…so don’t’. Chief Bill Blair and Supt. Gord Jones spoke about the plan in place to reduce gridlock in the city.
