Hwy 400 reopened near Major MacKenzie after tractor trailer crash

A tractor trailer crashed into a concrete barrier on Highway 400 Monday morning.
Concrete debris was strewn across lanes and diesel fuel spilled onto the road.
Southbound lanes of the 400 were closed between Teston Road and Major MacKenzie Drive for the cleanup, but have since reopened.
No injuries were reported. Police say the driver will be charged with careless driving.
