Shooting prompts overnight closure of Hwy. 401 at Keele

A portion of Highway 401 in Toronto’s north end was closed for more than four hours overnight for a police investigation.
Ontario provincial police responded to reports of a shooting that happened on the westbound collector lanes just west of Keele Street around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday.
When police arrived, they found a vehicle that was damaged from the shooting.
No injuries were reported.
There is no word on suspects.
The westbound collector lanes were closed from Keele to Allen Road and reopened around 4 a.m. on Friday.
