Man stabbed several times at home in Wallace-Emerson

A 40-year-old man was taken to hospital after being stabbed at a home in Wallace-Emerson.

Police were called to the scene on Lappin Avenue near Dufferin Street just before 4 a.m.

The victim had been stabbed several times and was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

There is no word on a suspect or what led to the stabbing.
