A small plane crashed near Buttonville airport on Tuesday morning.
Police responded to the scene near 16th Avenue at Highway 404 shortly after 11 a.m.
Two people — the pilot and a passenger — were on board at the time of the crash. They suffered only minor injuries and did not need to be hospitalized.
The Transportation Safety Board is investigating.
