Stolen Porsche crashes into OPP SUV in Markham

Ontario provincial police have arrested two men who allegedly stole a Porsche from the Toronto area Friday morning.
The incident happened around 3:30 a.m.
According to police, investigators were able to follow the path of the alleged thieves through the Porche’s GPS tracking.
Officers were able to box the car in near Woodbine and 16th Avenue in Markham.
However, the driver tried to speed away and crashed into an OPP SUV.
Police said the driver attempted to run off but was apprehended by police. The passenger was also taken into custody.
The officer in the SUV suffered minor injuries.
