2 injured after vehicle catches fire in Scarborough crash

Two people have been taken to hospital after a crash in Scarborough

Police were called to the scene just before 8:30 p.m. at McCowan and Ellesmere Roads.

The two-vehicle crash led to at least one car catching fire. It’s unclear what caused the collision at this time.

Paramedics say both patients were transported to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
