Pedestrian injured after being struck at Markham and Sheppard

One man has been taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle at Markham Road and Sheppard Avenue just after 3 p.m. this afternoon.

Police were called to the area just after 3 p.m. this afternoon.

The pedestrian was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

Delays are expected in the area as police investigate.
