CHICAGO (AP) _ Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (HSII) on Monday reported a second-quarter loss of $25.7 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Chicago-based company said it had a loss of $1.33. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 37 cents per share.
The executive search firm posted revenue of $147.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $145.6 million.
Heidrick & Struggles shares have fallen 38% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $20.31, a decline of 32% in the last 12 months.
