Cyclist struck and killed by cement truck in Etobicoke: EMS

Toronto paramedics say a cyclist who was struck by a cement truck in Etobicoke on Friday evening has died at the scene.
It happened at around 5 p.m. near Royal York Road and Judson Street.
Paramedics say the victim is a man in his 40s.
Police say the driver remained on scene.
