Man dies after scaffolding collapse at Toronto construction site

Paramedics say a man in his 40s has died at the scene of an accident at a construction site in downtown Toronto.

Emergency crews were called to the site at Widmer and Adelaide streets at around 11:10 a.m. Monday.

Police said a scaffolding deck collapsed but did not provide any other details.

The Ministry of Labour has been notified.
