Police seek man who allegedly posted porn vids online without sex partner’s consent

Toronto police say a man who had sex with another man at a hotel near Pearson Airport later found videos of the encounter posted online without his permission.

In a release Tuesday, police said the two men began chatting through a dating app, and agreed to meet at a hotel in the fall of 2019.

They had “consensual sex” police said, but unbeknownst to the alleged victim, the sex act was being videotaped.

The man only realized the tryst was recorded when he found videos of the encounter posted online two years later while looking at the suspect’s public pornography website.

“The victim noticed several videos of their sexual encounter posted to the website,” police said. “The posted videos were taken without the victim’s knowledge or consent.”

Police are trying to identify the suspect, who uses the name David Rossi and is believed to be in his 50s.

He’s being sought for voyeurism and distribute intimate images without consent.
