Toronto police looking to identify man wanted in sexual assault, robbery investigation

Toronto police have released a photo to identify a man wanted in connection to a sexual assault and robbery investigation.
Officers say last Tuesday, April 19, it has been reported that a man met a woman that night between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. in the Greenwood Avenue and Danforth Avenue area before the two went back to her apartment.
It’s alleged the man demanded sex and money from the woman or he would spray her with mace, she then gave him $400 before he sprayed her with mace and punched her in the face.
Police say the man identifies as “John” and he is being described as a white male, around 40 to 45 years old, between 5′ 6″ and 5′ 8″ tall, with short skinny dark hair, and a full beard. Officers say he was wearing a white or grey jacket with a black stripe on the shoulders and a patch on the left upper arm, dark pants and brown boots.
Anyone who has information about this incident is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
