Toronto police have arrested the suspect wanted in connection with the assault of a 15-year-old at York Mills subway station.

The incident happened on April 19 just after 2 p.m. when TTC special constables were called to the station to reports a man had assaulted the teenager.

Rahaman Agiri, 34, of Toronto has since been arrested and charged with assault.

He is set to appear in court on Monday.

Investigators believe there may be other alleged victims who may have been assaulted on the same day but those incidents have not been reported to police.
