3 dead, child seriously injured after car crash in Durham’s Brock Township

Three people have died, and a child is among those that suffered serious injuries following a multi-vehicle crash in Brock Township.
Durham Regional Police responded to reports of a crash at Reg. Road 23 and Thorah Concession Road, near Lake Simcoe’s shores, around 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
Officers urged the public to avoid the area at the time.
Police later confirmed that three adults — two men and a woman — died in one vehicle, while an adult woman and a child suffered serious injuries in a second car.
The Collision Investigation Unit is on the scene.
