The Sandman is based off of a comic series by Neil Gaiman (who also created Coraline and American Gods). This show tells the tale of Morpheus (played by Tom Sturridge from the Boat That Rocked), also known as Dream. He rules over all dreams and nightmares, and must maintain the balance that keeps existence continuing alongside his numerous siblings that include Death, Destiny, and Desire. In this show, he’s been imprisoned for over a century due to an occult ritual, and once he’s free he must chase down a loose nightmare before the world is reshaped into something horrifying. This show also stars Patton Oswalt (from A.P. Bio), Boyd Holbrook (from Vengeance) and Kirby Howell-Baptiste (from the Good Place).

Cowabunga!
Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie is about (you guessed it) the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The movie acts as a sequel to the show of the same name. In this movie, the evil alien Krang has invaded Earth’s future and decimated it. A young ninja student called Casey Jones (played by Haley Joel Osment from the Sixth Sense) is sent back in time by his master, Leonardo (played by Ben Schwartz from Sonic the Hedgehog) to save the world. Casey has to team up with a younger Leonardo, as well as the rest of the gang, to save all existence on Earth.

Now, it’s time for some high-speed action!

Brad Pitt in Bullet Train.
Bullet Train is directed by David Leitch (who previously made John Wick and Atomic Blonde), and it’s adapted from a popular Japanese novel of the same English name. It stars Brad Pitt (from Fight Club and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) as a hitman called Ladybug. He’s hired for a simple job, to go on a bullet train travelling from Tokyo to Kyoto, and collect a briefcase. But once he gets on, he finds that there are several other hitmen all looking for that briefcase. And Ladybug starts wondering if he’s perennially unlucky, or if something more sinister is afoot. This film also stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson (from Kick-Ass), Brian Tyree Henry (from Atlanta) and Joey King (from the Act).

Last but certainly not least, the return of the Predator!
Prey is the fifth film in the Predator series (excluding the cross-overs with the Alien series). It’s also the one set the furthest in the past, taking pace in the early 1700s. It stars Amber Midthunder (from Legion) as a young Comanche woman determined to prove to her surrounding men that she’s just as capable of a hunter as they are. And she gets one hell of a test when an alien comes down from below with superior technology, and a taste for blood. And while the Predator keeps on killing everyone around her, she finds that she might have a way to take it down.
