T-Swift is coming to TIFF.

The Toronto Film Festival announced on Friday that Taylor Swift is slated to premiere “All Too Well: The Short Film” at the annual event on September 9 at 7 p.m.

Swift will also be part of “In Conversation With…” alongside TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey in discussing filmmaking and the visual aspects of her music.

Inspired by and titled after her 2012 song “All Too Well,” the film is set to the 10-minute version of the song featured on the 2021 re-recorded album Red (Taylor’s Version).

“We love the intersection of film and other art forms, and Taylor Swift is a brilliant visual thinker,” said Bailey. “We’re excited to hear Taylor’s version of how absorbing influences from cinema led to her creating ‘All Too Well: The Short Film,’ which we’ll present in its original 35 mm form for the first time at TIFF.”

Stranger Things cast member Sadie Sink stars in the short film alongside Dylan O’Brien. Sink’s performance has been lauded by many critics.

Canadian director and Stranger Things producer Shawn Levy also appears in the short.

“All Too Well: The Short Film” has opened to acclaim from critics following a special screening at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival. Swift’s short film received five nominations at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, winning Video of the Year, Best Longform Video, and Best Direction.

Tickets for Swift’s “In Conversation With…” will go on sale to TIFF Members beginning Saturday, September 3. The remaining tickets are on sale to the public on September 5 at tiff.net/tickets.

Single tickets go on sale for TIFF Insiders and Under-25 Free Pass Holders on September 4 and public audiences on September 5. The TIFF runs from September 8 to September 18.

Swift announced a new, 13-track album titled “Midnights” that will be released on October 21. It’s a follow-up to her 2020 album, “Evermore.”
