Police identify man shot and killed in Rexdale apartment complex

Toronto police say a man is dead after a shooting at an apartment complex in Rexdale on Sunday night.
The victim was identified on Monday as Jaheim Tucker, 19, of Toronto.
Police say Tucker was shot at 30 Humberline Drive in the Finch Avenue West and Humberline Drive area at around 5:45 p.m.
It’s believed the shooting occurred in the stairwell between the 16th and 17th floors.
There’s no word on suspects at this point.

“At this time we do not have any suspect information, but the investigation has been turned over to a homicide squad,” Duty-Insp. Saleem Husain said.
Husain said both police and paramedics attempted to save the victim’s life, but he was later pronounced dead.
Residents in the complex say Tucker (pictured below) lived in the building with his family.
