Man seriously injured in Scarborough shooting

A shooting in Scarborough on Friday night has left a man with serious injuries.

Police were called to Confederation Drive and Scarborough Golf Club Road for reports of gunshots in the area just before midnight.

Police say one victim was transported to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

There is no word on suspects at this time and police are urging any witnesses to come forward.
