17-year-old in critical condition after stabbing in Toronto’s west end

A man has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in a laneway near Bloor and Ossington. No suspect description has been released.

One person is fighting for their life in a hospital after a stabbing in Toronto’s west end.

Police received reports that someone had been stabbed in a laneway near Ossington Avenue and Harbord Street shortly after 12 p.m. on Monday.

Officers arrived to find a male with injuries. Paramedics confirmed a 17-year-old victim was transported to the hospital in life-threatening condition.

No suspect information has been made available.
