Man in life-threatening condition after shooting at Scarborough motel

A man is fighting for his life in hospital after being shot at a motel in Scarborough.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Roycroft Motel on Kingston Road, east of McCowan Road, around 1 a.m. Monday.

A man was located at the scene with a gunshot wound. He was transported to hospital in critical condition.

There is no word on any suspects.
