Lockdown lifted at Jarvis Collegiate Institute after reports of person with a gun

A lockdown at a high school in downtown Toronto has been lifted following reports of a gun seen on school property.
Police were called to Jarvis Collegiate Institute at Jarvis and Wellesley streets just after 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
The lockdown was lifted around 3 p.m.

It is not yet known if police recovered a gun from the area or if any arrests have been made.
No injuries have been reported.
