What’s open/closed on Christmas and Boxing Day in Toronto

Christmas Day and Boxing Day, the two statutory holidays, land right in the middle of the week this year, but there are still a lot of closures to keep in mind.

More than 50 outdoor ice rinks and skating trails are open daily during the holidays, including Nathan Phillips Square. Outdoor rinks operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Full schedules for city-run rinks can be found here.

Most major movie theatres will also operate every day through Christmas.
