Excavator used to remove ATM from North York bank

An excavator was reportedly used to remove an ATM from a North York bank early Tuesday morning.
Toronto police were called to TD bank around 4:30 a.m. in the Bathurst Street and Lawrence Avenue area.
When they arrived on scene, there was significant damage to the building.
The ATM had been removed and an unknown quantity of cash was obtained, according to police.
No injuries were reported.
