Man dies in 2-vehicle crash involving truck, TTC bus in Scarborough

A man has died in a collision involving a truck and a TTC bus in Scarborough on Tuesday evening.

Toronto police were called to Meadowvale Road and Sheppard Avenue East just after 6 p.m. for reports of a collision.

The driver of a Ram truck crashed into the rear corner of a TTC bus. Police said the truck driver, a 30-year-old man, was pronounced dead on the scene.

No other injuries were reported.

The intersection was closed for the duration of the investigation but has since reopened.
