1 male in hospital after stabbing near Moss Park

Toronto police say a male victim has been taken to a hospital after he was stabbed near Moss Park on Tuesday evening.

The incident occurred around 6:20 p.m. in the Sherbourne and Shuter streets area, according to police.

Officers say the stabbing possible occurred in a nearby laneway. The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say they arrested a suspect but provided no further descriptions.
