Woman Trapped In Toilet Bowl Sues Bar

It’s one problem a plumber couldn’t fix: toilet troubles at a Pennsylvania bar have prompted a lawsuit from a patient who went down the tubes.
Kathleen Hewko alleges that she when she went to use the restroom at the Allentown venue, she got an unexpected bath.
Hewko claims that during her endeavours, the toilet seat broke, dumping her in into the bowl and trapping her there for 20 minutes.
She didn’t just get mad – she hopes to get cash for her troubles.
She filed a federal lawsuit in November against the sports bar Starters as well as Kohler, the company that made the toilet seat.
And if it goes as planned, she should be able to afford her own throne at home.
