As CityNews reporter Cynthia Mulligan continues her own battle with breast cancer, she’s also examining another woman’s fight – not only with cancer, but with the Canadian government.

The trouble began when Francine Johnston was diagnosed with cancer in her mouth. Now, she’s struggling, as the province refuses to cover the costs of a much-needed prosthetic procedure.
