One man is in hospital and three are in police custody after a shooting on Saturday.
It happened in the Bathurst St. and Sheppard Ave. area around 12:35am. Police allege the victim was shot in the head at Yeoman’s Rd. and McAllister Rd.
The 23-year-old was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital where he remains in critical but not life-threatening condition.
Three people were arrested at the scene and charged with attempted murder.
Police Officer Injured In Crash
An OPP officer was injured Saturday afternoon when his motorcycle was hit from behind by another vehicle.
The crash happened at about 1:15pm as the bike was travelling eastbound on the QEW approaching Highway 427.
The officer was transported to St. Michael’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
