Victoria’s Secret opens at Eaton Centre

TORONTO, Ont. – The secret was out at the Eaton Centre, Thursday, as the fourth Canadian Victoria’s Secret store opened with fanfare.
Victoria’s Secret has seen big lineups at the opening of its three other Canadian locations — one in Alberta back in August and two in Ontario.
Shoppers lined up for more than four hours before the grand opening at the West Edmonton Mall.
This is the first location in downtown Toronto. The other two stores are at Yorkdale and Square One malls.
The Eaton’s Centre Victoria’s Secret store opened at 10:30 a.m. Within the hour, two of the company’s top models — Alessandra Ambrosio and Lily Aldridge — arrived by helicopter, landing on the roof of the mall.
The newest store is 11,000 square-feet.
The company said its expansion to Canada was based on the demand for Victoria’s Secret products, evident in online orders and on social networks.
