No suspects sought after man, woman in 80s killed in double stabbing

Two people have died following a double stabbing in North York Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to a home in the area of Cliffwood Road and Don Mills Road just before 3 p.m. for reports someone had been stabbed.
When they arrived they found a man and a woman in their 80s suffering from stab wounds. Both were taken to a trauma centre in life-threatening condition, where they were later pronounced dead.
Police did not indicate what the relationship was between the two.
Police say there is no threat to public safety and they are not looking for any suspects but offered no further explanation as to the circumstances surrounding the incident.
