Little Boy Sexually Assaulted In Restaurant Washroom

The nine-year-old victim and his 11-year-old brother were in the restroom at a busy Swiss Chalet on Eglinton Avenue East, near Bellamy, when the boy was reportedly grabbed from behind and assaulted Friday around 7pm.

The kids ran out of the bathroom to their mother and told her what happened. The suspect, said to be about 30-years-old, about 5’2″ and 130lbs, took off after the angry parent and restaurant staff confronted him.

He reportedly fled east on Eglinton.
