Cops Hunt For Potential Sex Predator

They’ve issued a composite of a man they believe inappropriately touched a 9-year-old boy in a restaurant washroom in early August.

The youngster was using the facility when he was surprised by the stranger, whom police are calling a ‘potential sex offender’. Now they want to put a name to the face.

The incident took place around 7pm last August 11th, at a Swiss Chalet located at Eglinton and Bellamy Road.

The child immediately told his mother what happened and she confronted the man. As restaurant staff approached, he ran off down Eglinton Ave. and disappeared.

The family has helped police recreate what he looked like and they’re turning to you to find him before he strikes again. 

The suspect is described as:

  • Male,
  • Brown skin,
  • 30-35,
  • 5’1″ – 5’3″
  • Brown eyes,
  • Medium build.
