Multiple Suspects Arrested Following Nike Truck Heist

On Friday, a trailer filled with Nike goods was stolen and a two security guards were tied up at a distribution centre on Brimley near St. Clair.
On Saturday, several police vehicles were filled with suspects when undercover officers handcuffed roughly half a dozen people after the found the trailer on Magnetic Road in the area of Dufferin and Steeles. Police waited there until several suspects arrived and began to unload the loot.

There are reports the robbers disconnected the Global Positioning System on the trailer to make their getaway.
